Heather C Holland is a Utah-based writer and an Assistant Professor of composition, creative writing, and literature at Snow College. She holds an MFA in creative writing, with a minor in gender and women’s studies from the University of Wyoming. She is currently pursuing a PhD in literature and criticism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Her poetry and prose have appeared in Sunstone, saltfront, The Found Poetry Review, Segullah, Exponent II, and other publications. Her chapbook, Mastering the Art of Joy, was published in 2001 by the National Federation of State Poetry Societies (NFSPS).

Heather lives in the foothills of Provo, Utah where she loves to hike and explore with her children, and their neurotic rescue dog, Millie.
